Net-Inspect is a secure, enterprise-grade cloud platform built to protect sensitive, mission-critical, and regulated data for organizations operating globally. Committed to operational excellence and robust quality management, Net-Inspect supports federal compliance requirements by implementing the security controls and standards established by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Net-Inspect Enterprise Quality Management (EQM) is FedRAMP Certified at Class C (Moderate), the certification class for the FedRAMP Moderate security baseline, one of the most rigorous cloud security frameworks in use worldwide and derived from NIST SP 800-53.
Certification gives our customers across industries a consistently high standard of security, resilience, and operational discipline, regardless of where they operate, and one they can verify for themselves on the FedRAMP Marketplace. By pairing these controls with our quality processes, Net-Inspect delivers consistent quality and meets the security expectations of defense, aerospace, and public sector supply chains. FedRAMP certification confirms that a cloud service has been independently assessed against a standardized security baseline grounded in FISMA and NIST requirements, with continuous monitoring to maintain it.
FedRAMP is the U.S. government-wide program that standardizes how cloud services are assessed for security and risk. In October 2026, FedRAMP granted Class C (Moderate) Certification to Net-Inspect EQM. Class C is FedRAMP's certification class for the Moderate baseline; in 2026 FedRAMP renamed "Authorization" to "Certification" and replaced impact levels with Classes A through D.
What certification means for your security review:
Coalfire Systems, Inc., a FedRAMP recognized Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), performed the assessments behind Net-Inspect's certification, including independent validation of our System Security Plan (SSP), Security Assessment Plan (SAP), Security Assessment Report (SAR), and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
Net-Inspect EQM is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace as FedRAMP Certified (Package ID FR2607654741). Agencies and other authorized reviewers can request our security package through the Package Request Form on the listing.
The FedRAMP name and the FedRAMP logo are the property of the General Services Administration (GSA).
Net-Inspect held itself to the FedRAMP Moderate baseline long before certification. Starting in 2019, the platform was assessed every year for FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency, the approach the U.S. Department of Defense recognized in January 2024 for cloud providers supporting defense contractors. Certification makes that standard formal.

For organizations handling export-controlled technical data, Net-Inspect provides the infrastructure and controls necessary to maintain compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Net-Inspect's ITAR compliance includes:
These controls allow supply chain collaboration to continue while technical data stays protected.
Many organizations operate within supply chains subject to defense or national security requirements. Net-Inspect supports these environments by meeting the security expectations referenced in programs such as CMMC 2.0 and DFARS.
Net-Inspect is not directly subject to CMMC certification requirements, because CMMC applies to DoD contractors and subcontractors within the scope of 32 CFR Part 170, not to independent cloud service providers. For customers with CMMC requirements, 32 CFR Part 170 and DFARS 252.204-7012 expect cloud service providers that process, store, or transmit CUI to meet the FedRAMP Moderate baseline or its equivalent. Because Net-Inspect is FedRAMP Certified at Class C (Moderate), customers no longer need an equivalency argument for their quality system.
Certification supports each contractor's own CMMC and DFARS obligations; it does not replace them. To request a Body of Evidence, contact our team.
Net-Inspect works directly with customer security, compliance, and audit teams to support transparency and readiness. To review our FedRAMP security package, use the Package Request Form on our FedRAMP Marketplace listing. Q: Is Net-Inspect FedRAMP certified?
A: Yes. FedRAMP granted Class C (Moderate) Certification to Net-Inspect Enterprise Quality Management (EQM) in October 2026. The status is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace under Package ID FR2607654741.
Q: What does FedRAMP Class C (Moderate) mean?
A: Class C is FedRAMP's certification class for the Moderate baseline, built on NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5. In 2026, FedRAMP renamed "Authorization" to "Certification" and replaced impact levels with Classes A through D. "Class C (Moderate)" shows both the new class and the former level.
Q: Is FedRAMP Certified the same as FedRAMP Authorized?
A: Yes. "Certified" is FedRAMP's current term for what was previously called "Authorized," so a security questionnaire that asks whether a cloud service is FedRAMP Authorized is asking about this status.
Q: Is Net-Inspect ITAR compliant?
A: Yes. Net-Inspect fully adheres to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All customer data is hosted in secure U.S.-based data centers, and access is restricted to background-checked U.S. citizens, exceeding the "U.S. Persons" requirement.
Q: How does Net-Inspect support CMMC 2.0 compliance?
A: Net-Inspect is not itself subject to CMMC requirements. We support customers' CMMC 2.0 programs as a FedRAMP Certified cloud service provider at Class C (Moderate), the baseline 32 CFR Part 170 references for cloud providers that process, store, or transmit CUI. We also provide a complete Body of Evidence for audits and meet DFARS 252.204-7012 requirements for incident reporting and forensic readiness.
Q: Who performs Net-Inspect's security assessments?
A: Coalfire Systems, Inc., a FedRAMP recognized Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), performed the assessments behind Net-Inspect's FedRAMP Class C (Moderate) Certification.
Q: How can I request Net-Inspect's FedRAMP security package?
A: Agencies and other authorized reviewers can request it through the Package Request Form on Net-Inspect's FedRAMP Marketplace listing (Package ID FR2607654741). Customers can contact Net-Inspect for security documentation and the Body of Evidence.
